In this transformative journey, KFintech's workforce and ESG commitments stand as catalysts for a sustainable future. In the fiscal year 2022-23, KFintech embarked on a transformative journey, marked by a significant commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. This pivotal year saw KFintech's dedication to ESG initiatives echoing our Vision, Mission, and Core Values. Our approach to ESG mirrors our fundamental belief that innovation should lead to a society that is healthier, safer, smarter, and more sustainable. KFintech's workforce of over 5000 employees actively pursues this mission, identifying opportunities for immediate improvements while also envisioning a more sustainable future. As a trailblazing force in the FinTech industry, KFintech takes pride in spearheading sustainable practices. We recognize the importance of addressing demographic shifts, particularly as Southeast Asia's aging population expands. This phenomenon necessitates a keen understanding of future liabilities and cash flow volatilities. KFintech's comprehensive solution empowers Asset Management Companies (AMCs) to manage these complexities effectively. Moreover, the region's growing affluence has spurred substantial pools of Assets Under Management (AUM) from institutional investors. KFintech strategically guides AMCs to capitalize on opportunities within sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, and onshore wealth, customizing value propositions to cater to these thriving segments. The cornerstone of KFintech's identity has always been governance and execution. We continually assess our structures and policies to infuse ESG priorities across all facets of our organization. Our commitment to Human Rights, Fair Compensation, Health, and Safety is embedded in our policies. Additionally, we actively promote re-skilling and up-skilling opportunities for our employees, fostering a culture of fairness, transparency, and continuous learning. KFintech is privileged to have a dedicated Board of Directors who serve as trusted partners on our ESG journey. Emphasizing compliance and ethical behavior, our Chief Compliance Officer ensures a disciplined approach to reporting and compliance standards. Diversity and leadership by women are values we hold dear, with 1574 women contributing significantly across the organization. Our 'KFit' initiative stands as a testament to our commitment to employee well-being. This initiative equips our workforce with various resources and tools to manage their physical, emotional, mental, and financial wellness.
