KFintech always strives to create a culture that nurtures growth, equality, and works to uplift the people in all aspects (professional as well as personal). To do that, there are various mechanisms in place.
KFintech is committed to building an inclusive workplace that is built on the ethos of mutual respect. We provide in-house training, discussions, and awareness programs to prevent human rights violations.
At KFintech, our team is at the heart of everything we do. We believe in prioritizing the well-being of our employees, as they are the driving force behind our success. We're dedicated to providing a work environment that not only promotes professional growth but also ensures the safety, happiness, and inclusivity of every team member.
KFintech takes pride in its commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive work environment. We believe that when our employees feel valued and respected, they can do their best work and achieve their career goals.
KFintech is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development that aligns with our vision and mission. We aim to enhance organizational capabilities, including skills, knowledge, and attitude, to drive growth and success. We prioritize continuous learning, linking training activities to strategic objectives, and providing growth opportunities for employees. By investing in training, we not only support individual development but also strengthen employee retention and succession planning.
Knowledge and learning are integral to our organizational values, culture, and business performance. Our learning and development policy is designed to build competencies across the organization, ensuring we meet our overall business objectives.
In-house Training Programs:
External Training Programs:
These programs empower employees to further their careers, enhance their skills, and reach their full potential.
We Identify Training Need: We identify training needs through various activities, including discussions with managers at different levels, analysis of skill matrices, performance appraisal reports, and recommendations from the Project Management team. Then, we provide a monthly training calendar and nomination sheet, enabling employees to choose relevant programs based on their needs.
And Facilitate These Programs: Our central Learning and Development (LnD) team organizes and facilitates these programs. We leverage our in-house expertise to conduct various training programs. In cases where in-house expertise is unavailable, we engage external faculty.
With Certifications Where Needed: Employees in client-facing and operations roles are required to complete NISM certifications based on their business requirements. We emphasize timely completion of certifications, as failure to do so within three months of joining may impact application access and career growth. Additionally, we encourage employees to pursue various domain and technology-related certifications with the approval of their line managers.
Encouraging Growth with Reimbursements: Employees are eligible for reimbursement of certification costs upon approval from their managers. Reimbursement claims must be submitted within 30 days of clearing the certification, with a maximum reimbursement amount of ₹1500 per participant.
Even for Mandatory eLearning Modules: All employees are required to complete mandatory eLearning modules within one month of joining the organization. These modules cover information security management, prevention of sexual harassment, code of conduct, and anti-money laundering. Assessments are conducted at the end of each module, and specific passing percentages must be achieved. Failure to complete the modules within the specified timeframe may impact application access and career growth.
Measuring Training Effectiveness & Evaluations: We capture the effectiveness of training programs through feedback forms and evaluations. Pre and post assessments are conducted to gauge the impact of training. For senior leadership, the effectiveness is evaluated through projects, assignments, and other relevant methods.
MClubbed with Annual Proficiency Test (APT): APT is an internal certification mandatory for all on-roll employees up to M2 grade. It serves as an opportunity to become a Master Trainer for the respective process. Eligible associates must complete three months with the organization, clear the online test in the first attempt, and score 90% or above. Shortlisted employees are interviewed by a panel to determine their suitability as Master Trainers. KFintech, with our central LnD team, maintains a comprehensive Training Management Information System (MIS) that records participant details, program names, man-hours, and training hours per participant, among other relevant information.
At KFintech, we firmly believe that our success should not only benefit us but also the communities we serve.
